The Walkers:

Walkers are passive participants who contribute little to no forward momentum within the organization. They may criticize the organization's flaws but offer little in the way of solutions. Walkers prefer to coast along, avoiding any real effort or commitment. They focus primarily on their own interests and may attempt to recruit others to join them in their lackadaisical approach.

The Riders:

Riders are individuals who hinder the organization's progress by refusing to actively engage or contribute. They may exhibit a lack of confidence or motivation, choosing to remain stagnant rather than striving for improvement. Riders may even become sources of negativity within the organization, draining morale and hindering growth. Their primary goal is often self-preservation, avoiding termination while exerting minimal effort.

The Drivers:

Drivers are the leaders within the organization who steer it towards success. They possess not only the necessary knowledge and skills but also the ability to inspire and motivate others. Drivers create a positive work culture where creativity and productivity thrive. They understand the importance of fun and laughter in fostering teamwork and emotional connections. Every day under a driver's leadership becomes an opportunity for growth and collaboration.

Whether you find yourself running towards success or merely walking along, recognizing your contribution is essential.
